Every year on 14th April we remember martyr firefighters, who sacrificed their lives to save others from fire. But, if you want to know:

• How many firefighters from private & government organizations have died in fire since independence?
• How many firefighters (private & government) are working in our country?

You may not find any consolidated data, because there is no record of firefighters working in private & government organizations maintained at country level since independence.

From 14th April`22 to 15th August`22, we need your support to create a database of firefighters (in-service and martyrs). Our country will celebrate 75th year of independence day on 15.08.2022 and we want to prepare the database by conducting survey till 15.08.2022.

We know that whether to participate in the survey or not is your personal decision but if you want to know answers for above two questions then it will be possible only, if each and every one of us contribute.

We also believe that to honor martyr firefighters “National Fire Service Memorial” is long due and to achieve the same your support will be a vital contribution.
